Happy and successful cooking doesn’t rely only on know-how; it comes from the heart, makes great demands on the palate and needs enthusiasm and a deep love of food to bring it to life.  
These are the aspirations of our kitchen team here at the Bushtown and we achieve this using only fresh local produce – 28 day dry aged beef and fresh fish harvested from the waters of the Atlantic. Our aim at The Bushtown Hotel is to serve fresh, high quality food at affordable prices, and The Bays offers just that!

Having been awarded the North Coasts Best Hotel Restaurant 2010, we have a reputation for creating mouthwatering dishes from locally source produce, from such suppliers as McAtamneys Butchers, Scotts, and Ballyrashane Creamery, to name a few.

 

 

From 3pm daily (4pm on Sunday) The Bays comes to life serving our infamous A La Carte menu, with a large selection of mouth watering dishes designed to give our diners a choice of different styles, tastes and blends.
